Country Manager – Nepal

Madan has over a decade of experience in the tourism sector. During his career, his dedication has brought many achievements to his agency and he has consequently received continued positive feedback from his clients. Honesty, dedication, helpfulness and hard work are all traits that Madan brings to his position. Of course while providing trekking services is a profession, Madan has sought to break this traditional approach and has developed a more socially orientated approach to business. Social concerns are the backbone of his career helping, in particular, disabled people through funding Purnima Collection, a not-for-profit organisation.

Siri Pokharal
Trekking Route Developer /Tour-Trekking Leader – Nepal

Mr Siri, a bank of knowledge is originally from Royal Trek route area. From his childhood, he has desire to engage on tourism sector. Now he become a expert Trekking Leader who not only operate groups but creates new trekking routes as well. We call him as mastermind on Trek & Tour in Nepal and Tibet.Trekking Leader since 1993 in Himalayan region in all over Nepal from East Kanchanjunga to West Simikot/Hilsa. He climbed 19 peaks between 6000 to 7000 mtrs. He has experience Mt.Everest Camp IV Under Hilary Steep. He also involved on different local charity organization in Nepal.

Kaji Sherpa
A legend on mountain climbing sector

Kaji was born at Solukhumbu village of Nepal which is just 70 km far way from Everest Base Camp. He has more than 4 decades long experience on trekking in Nepal. Similarly, he is doing mountain expedition since 2005 and few of them are as below :
Mt. Everest Expedition – 5 times (successfully submited)
Mt. Kanchenjunga Expedition -8,586 m meter expedition 2 times ( Nepalese 2nd height mountain) world 3rd highest Mountain.
Dhaulagiri – 8,167 m height -2 times.
Ama Dablam Expedition -6,812 m height – 1 times.

Thakur Dahal

Thakur Dahal (Tour & Trekking guide since 2000 AD) He was born in Manaslu area. He is one of the best team leader also professional, knowledgable & hard working , honest & trusted Tour & trekking Guide since 2000 AD. Thakur Dahal is honest, trustable, hardworking and kind person with qualified of the tour and trekking Guide in the city & mountains such as vast knowledge of tourist & trekking guide. He started working in this field since long time back as a porter, then assistance Guide for more than 2 years, gradually he is professional & knows vast knowledge about the Nepali geographical, religion, local culture & ethical group. He is guiding our guest professionally to every corner of Nepal and he has perfect way to brief for the trekking and tour team. Ram Adhikari
Senior Trekking Leader

Ram born and raised in western part of Nepal. He is a tour and trekking leader. He has finished his Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism management from Tribhuvan University and has participated in various region of trekking in Nepal as well as hospitality training. He has many experiences to take our clients from different countries to Nepal's high himalayas. So, he is both trekking and tour guide in Nepal. He has good communication skill in English and Chinese languages.

Rabin Neupane
Senior Trekking Leader

Rabin Neupane is a senior guide with TEA, and has more than a decades worth of experience trekking having started out as a porter. Having a good level of English and an impressive knowledge about local and international political situations, you’ll love spending time with Rabin. He can thoroughly explain Nepal’s different cultures, rituals and traditions of the different castes and tribes. Rabin is also part comedian cause he loves joking and laughing most of the time. He will make your time in Nepal a memorable one.

Arjun Neupane
Senior Trekking Leader

Arjun is a senior government certified mountain guide who has contributed his 17 years in the trekking industry. He started his career from porter and now he is renowned as the trustable senior guide in the trekking industry. He is fluent in English, very gentle, caring, honest and hardworking guy from the mountain region. He has earned a great knowledge of various culture and religion of Nepal during his trekking period. He believes in satisfaction of the guest and known for his honesty and care.

Raju Dahal
Trekking Guides

Raju is known as one of the friendliest guide during the trekking who has contributed his 7 years in tourism industry. He has vast knowledge of trekking region of Nepal, as he his himself from the Manaslu area. His ease of working in varied situations and the ability to resolve issues is his strength, which he utilizes during the execution of trips. He is well trained by Ministry of Tourism Board. He has a good humor and communication skill, and surely make your journey pleasant. He is a trustable and honest guy because he makes prioritize guest's comfort and safety.
